Domain Name Dispute Policy

Domain Name Dispute Claims

SDS International ("SDSI", "Us", "We") supports the protection of intellectual property, including lawful and proper domain name registration and use. We will not participate in any way in any dispute between any customer ("Client", "You", "Your") and any party (other than Us) regarding the registration and use of any domain name. You understand, acknowledge and agree that You will not name Us as a party, or otherwise include Us, in any such proceedings. In the event that We are named as a party in any such proceeding, We reserve the right to raise any and all defenses deemed appropriate, and to take any other action necessary to defend ourselves.

The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) has policies regarding such claims. Please refer to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (the "UDRP") if You have a concern or dispute concerning a domain name. The UDRP covers domain names disputes; SDS International Policy specifically excludes domain name disputes. You can find more information by visiting
